Wellington vs Sydney 3,2,1

Sydney have finally grabbed their first win in 4 matches in windy Wellington of all places.  We've come up with our 3,2,1 man of the match awards from the game.

3. Sebastian Ryall

Man of the match for us, not only did he score the opening goal but his work rate on the right hand side was amazing. That display doing his starting chances no harm with that performance.

2. Jason Culina

Although he didn't play the full match, Jason was fantastic on the ball today and marched the midfield around. His trademark passing was evident when crossing for the opening goal, Sydney will reap the benefits of a fully fit Jason Culina in the coming weeks.



1. Jeremy Brockie

Yes he was on the losing side today, but worked hard again and deserved to score the Phoenix penalty, Brockie looks to be one of the buys of the season.
